Please note: Requests for the consumption of alcohol off the licensed premises will adhere to the following requirements :
• Approval level - Functional Superintendent or PIC only
• A Dedicated driver who will not be drinking must be available to transport attendees. (Who’s the Skipper?)
• Attendees to the function will be required to provide their beer card to the organiser prior to the function. (No card, no alcohol)
• The organiser must present the beer cards of all attendees and collect the alcohol at a predetermined time from ESS (between 1130-1230) at the Butler Park Wetmess. This time is the only allowance inline with our Liquor Licence and can not be changed by request. If not attended during this time drinks may be picked up after 5pm.
• Normal Beer card limits apply
• Orders must be submitted/ Emailed 36 hours prior to event
• Maximum of 15 attendees for event
